If you are planning any new construction, mobile/pre-manufactured home installation, additions, outbuildings, or fences a Compliance Certificate is required.
Once your application has been completed, you may mail your form to Oak Harbor Owners Association, 116 Southlake Dr, Mabank, TX. 75156 or Email your form to oakharborpoa2022@yahoo.com or call 903-880-7311.
Please allow enough time for your application to be reviewed. You will be contacted in regards to your application.
