Meeting - Saturday, Oct. 14 th. at 9:30 am . Bingo! 2nd Sat of the month!
Since 1972 Neighborhood Watch has counted on us, the local citizens to organize and work with law enforcement to keep eyes and ears on our communities. We have volunteers that put a " Neighborhood Watch" on their vehicles and drive around Oak Harbor and Tanglewood to let the community know that we care about what is happening. If we see something that doesn't appear to be the way it should be we call the police and let them make the determination on what is happening. A different person/persons drive every day of the week and choose what time they want to drive. This is also a good way to meet your neighbors as they often stop you to ask a question about the neighborhood or how to find something.
We can always use more volunteers to help with this service. If you are interested please contact the POA phone number. Thanks and hope to see you driving around soon!
